SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We offer free Standard shipping on selected products within England. However this is subject to weight and distance, therefore some products may incur additional shipping fees.
Standard: 5 – 7: Working days
Depending on shipping method we may or may not follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms. Shipping of products is via 3rd party suppliers and may be sent via a different method than specified. Please contact us before placing an order should you wish to specify how you’d like us to ship your item.
Please note: that some products are marked as “On Backorder” and may be subject to delays. Delivery times on backorder items can vary between 2 – 6 weeks depending on demand. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please send an email to customer service at email@example.com to obtain Instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Once you have pre-arranged your return with a member of our staff and have confirmation, place the item in its original condition & original packaging securely into suitable secure packaging , and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
